Lexi's Senior Story

Lexi is a natural beauty both inside and out. The camera absolutely LOVES her! And just look at those gorgeous eyes. I had so much fun shooting her senior pictures. Her mom and I go way back so it was a joy working with both of them. Lexi picked two beautiful locations for the shoot. The stables gave us a lovely country backdrop with stunning, soft lighting. And being that her dad is a golf pro, Lexi is no stranger to a golf course so the country club and the rolling green hills of the course by the water highlighted Lexi's classic beauty.

Here is Lexi's story and some of my favorite shots from her senior session.

When I was a little girl, my dream was to be a country singer and to be just like Taylor Swift, because I thought I had the voice of an angel and could sing so good! Turns out that didn't happen. Now I want to be a meteorologist broadcaster.

The person I admire most is my mom. Not only because she's my mom but because she's taught me everything I've needed to know in order to succeed in life and become the person I am now. She is the strongest woman I know and I pray I'm at least half the person she is today!

My friends and family would say I'm a little social butterfly full of energy and laughs. They always talk about how my voice is so raspy and cute!

I think some of my best qualities would have to be that I'm a good listener. I always have my loved ones backs and that I know how to carry and present myself.

Most people like to call me Lex for short!

One of my best memories in high school, thus far, was junior year prom. I got to spend it with my best friends who are all in college now and it is a time I will never forget and memories that will last a lifetime.

My cheerleading experience has been quite a journey! I've had the pleasure of being a high school cheerleader for all 4 years as well as cheering competitively at Woodlands Elite. I grew up in the cheer gym and it has been a big part of my life ever since my first year joining. I am a 4x All American Cheerleader also earning the leadership award at every camp I have attended. I have learned so many things from cheer as well as meeting so many people! I will never forget the memories I've made, all the first place titles my team and I took home, Friday night lights, and I can't forget making it to round 4 of the playoffs my junior year. Nothing made me happier than cheering on the sidelines!

As long as I'm surrounded by family or friends, then I feel at home. I am most comfortable when I am with the ones that matter the most!
